Tori Williams Joins Roanoke Regional Partnership as Director of Research
The Roanoke Regional Partnership is pleased to announce Tori Williams as the newest member of its team. With a robust background in public policy and community data research and analysis, Williams brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the organization.

Williams has held roles with the Roanoke Regional Chamber, Roanoke County, Virginia Tech, and, most recently, the Roanoke Valley-Alleghany Regional Commission. In these positions, he developed a strong track record of fostering regional collaboration and driving initiatives that support economic development.
Williams earned his undergraduate degree from Marietta College and holds a master’s degree in political theory from Ohio University as well as a master’s of public administration from James Madison University.
In his new role with the Roanoke Regional Partnership, Williams will contribute to advancing business investment and talent attraction in the region, leveraging his expertise to support key initiatives and enhance the Partnership’s impact. Tori will assist prospects, partners, and investors by gathering and delivering key information to help market the region for business while also generating market intelligence that impacts the Partnership’s Thrive 2027 strategic plan.

Research and analysis are key to the Partnership positioning the region as a competitive destination for businesses and talent. Williams’ expertise in these areas will further enhance the organization’s ability to deliver innovative solutions and measurable results.
