The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) provides drinking water and sanitary sewer service to over 69,000 customers in the City of Roanoke, the Counties of Roanoke, Franklin and Botetourt and the Towns of Boones Mill and Vinton. The Authority’s dedicated team of over 300 employees are committed to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our entire regional community.
